FŐ ELVÁRT EREDMÉNYEK:
• Csapatteljesítmény: A csapatmunka elősegítésére napi szinten demonstrál olyan Agile & Lean (Agilis szoftvertervezés és Lean menedzsment) értékeket, mint például együttműködés, átláthatóság, bátorság, alázatosság. Folyamatosan gondolkodik azon, hogyan válhat hatékonyabbá, majd finomít és igazít a csapatnormákon és segít naprakésszé tenni az IT (informatikai) előírásokat.
• Jó termék: Üzleti értéket teremtő megoldást alkot meg és vezet be azáltal, hogy: · Az üzleti tevékenységekben való részvételen keresztül megérti és ambiciózusabbá teszi az üzleti követelményeket; · Az üzleti követelményeket funkcionális követelményekké alakítja; · A DGSI (központi informatikai szervezet) elvei és útmutatásai (EA szabályok (vállalati struktúra miatti szabályok), mint pl. biztonság és integráció, Csoport szintű módszerek, stb.) figyelembe vételével tervezi meg, fejleszti ki a megoldást; · Jóváhagyja a globális megoldást; · A változásmenedzsmenthez, a kommunikációhoz és a képzéshez hozzájárulva bevezeti a megoldást.
• Megfelelő megoldás rendelkezésre bocsájtása: Stabil, jól teljesítő, fejleszthető, könnyen használható, biztonságos, könnyen karbantartható és működtethető megoldást tervez és fejleszt ki (ez magában foglalja a nem funkcionális követelményeket is). A kifejlesztett megoldásnak felhasználóbarátnak kell lennie és jó felhasználói élményt kell nyújtania.
• A megoldás gyors rendelkezésre bocsájtása: A szoftvermegoldás tervezése és fejlesztése során a fokozatos megközelítést (Do & Learn - tervezés közbeni tanulás és ezen ismeretek beépítése a megoldásba) alkalmazza a határidő kezelése érdekében. Teszi ezt úgy például, hogy automatizálja a komponensek tesztelését és bevezetését; képes gyorsan rendelkezésre bocsájtani új szoftverfunkciókat.
• Karbantartás: Az információs rendszer szakértő és fejlesztő karbantart és optimalizál egy már működő megoldást (3-as szintű támogatást nyújt).
