KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• Supervise, inspect, and ensure that electrical machinery and equipment, as well as electrical works, are carried out in accordance with the organization's defined requirements for safety, reliability-centered maintenance, energy, and quality (ISO compliance).
• Ensure the plant electrical supply through CEB according to plant demand levels and maintain 100% efficiency of equipment related to CEB power supply system by keep close relationship with CEB.
• Monitor the condition of electrical equipment, materials, parts, and tools that are used by team of engineering in their day-to-day activities and prepare maintenance budget for all electrical maintenance works.
• Asses the plant future electrical requirement/demands with coordination with relevant stake holders and undertake relevant projects which need capacity enhancement.
• Develop, maintain and improve preventive / corrective maintenance and follow-up predictive maintenance activities to ensure smooth manufacturing process.
• Engineering maintenance and repairing of Power distribution system including Transformers, Diesel Generators, Substation, Switchgear Panel and Power Bank, factory security light, CCTV system, roof top solar system and Air conditioning system.
• Propose and undertake new projects to improve the effectiveness of utility supply and improve the facilities of members.
• Engineering maintenance of facility related infrastructure and engineering support to welfare, HSE and IR related issues to smooth functioning the organization.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Priorities and assign tasks so that the team’s resources are used effectively, and that work schedules and targets are met.
• Provide work leadership and training to technical staff.
• Identify electrical energy wastages & implement corrective action program.    
• Perform any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
