MISSION:

The Business Support Controller of the Operational Direction, the Corporate Direction or the territory assists business entities, particularly Business Partner Controllers (BPC and BPC managers), in their management assistance mission.

• He/she reports directly to a manager of a Shared Service.
• He/she strongly collaborates with his/her BPC and the entities operational partners he covers, and invites his/her partners to use the tools and information he/she provides (ie the BI tools – Business Intelligence)
• He/she builds with his/her BPC the forecasts and draws up the reports and analysis

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:

• Fulfillment of obligations of Service Level Agreement (SLA / OLA)
• Portfolio of reports, scorecards and requests.
• Formats and items necessary to develop reforecasts.
• First-level analysis of collected data (results and forecasts).
• Promotion of the standardization of methods and procedures, and support for customer entities with the progress actions.
• Business continuity: progress facility, quality guaranty, quality obtention, training and tutoring.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics Costing, Cost Control, or Supply Chain Finance.
• Strong knowledge of logistics cost components (transportation, warehousing, distribution, handling, vendor cost).
• Proven experience in cost analysis, budgeting, and cost monitoring.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, cost analysis formulas).
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Able to perform cost variance analysis and propose cost efficiency initiatives.
• Good communication skills and able to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Able to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (min. B2 level).
• Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java.
