Planner Customer service

MISSION : Organize the logistic planning & shipment operations in compliance with the customer commitments, finding the optimal balance between service level, costs and stocks.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• Plans , Scheduling and optimizes loads in accordance with delivery dates, filling rates & customer requirements , Also adjust plan with concern person with PF and SF to meet  customer order
• Analyses and put action plan to improve Customer Satisfaction
• Manage End to End supply chain

Manufacturing and Transportation:

• Organizes the transportation (chartering & slot booking) according to the needs
• Ensures the availability & compliance of all transport, billing & Customs documents
• Validate purchasing invoices and treat discrepancies

• Manage Delivery lead time Since receive order to arrive to customer

• Manage Warehouse activity and information
Execution Monitoring:

• Monitors the execution of deliveries to ensure compliance with the delivery timescales
• Proactively alerts the relevant partners in case of any event, delay or failure regarding the service commitment and engages in the search for a solution to the customer
• Applies corrective actions in the relevant applications
• Informs and follows up with the relevant partners

• Put action in daily management to improve the customer service

• Discuss and negotiation with customer and partner to manage daily activity

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or planner within a manufacturing

  • Proven ability to manage the entire order-to-delivery cycle, from order intake to shipment and delivery

  • Experience working closely with dealers, production teams, and logistics to ensure smooth operations

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both customers and internal teams

  • Strong problem-solving skills with customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently

  • Native Thai speaker with upper intermediate in English communication
