This role is based in Michelin Corporate & Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Service Management and Personnel.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Relevant experience in leading and managing people ( min. 1-2 years);

  • Preferred minimum 3-4 years of experience in the Customer Services field;

  • Customer-oriented and action-oriented;

  • Excellent command of English;

  • Ability to interact with a wide variety of customers in different countries.

  • Experience in managing projects and driving process improvements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

The Team Leader Business Support will:

 

  • Coordinatesa team with multiple activities and non-managerial hierarchical levels

  • Improve the knowledge and skills of team members to support process and/or organization changes

  • Manage and coordinate the resources involved in projects and progress plan

  • Analyze the needs all related to personnel and provide requirements (quantity and quality)

  • Implement HR processes according to the agreed calendar across the organization

  • Manage team performance, set goals, monitor, and periodically evaluate them

  • Involve and engage the team in order to achieve the proposed results

  • Ensure Sales Management Activities:

  • Continuously improve processes and implement best practices in line with the organization's objectives

  • Ensure that documentation is in place for all operations in force

  • Ensure that Internal Control rules are implemented and respected

  • Prepare reports for various purposes, analyze them, and propose solutions to improve efficiency

  • Act in accordance with operational excellence requirements

  • Coordinate monthly compliance with the level of indicators and action plans

  • Ensure the implementation of the best standards and practices at Group/Area level, analyze errors and build the plan to solve/reduce them
